Shipping Policy

Klenz Naturals, LLC ships orders Monday through Saturday and are processed in the order that they are received. All of our orders are shipped from Texas. We ship to all 50 states in the United States but we do not ship international at this time. We follow the standard methods available by the USPS. Our current processing time for orders is 3-4 days. We do not ship to PO boxes. If shipping to a different address other than the purchaser it may be subject to review which the purchasing customer will be contacted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package shows delivered to your address or to the person that your packages is going to, but is missing you must report the package lost by contacting us by email within 3 days of placing your order. Once you have contacted us about the lost package, we will inquire with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier reports that the package is completely lost, we will reship your order to you at no charge if the product is in stock.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the customer decides to have their package shipped to a third party carrier or company.

Damaged Packages: We take great pride and enjoyment packaging your products! It is a high priority to make sure that your products are packed safely and in tack upon arrival to it’s destination. We know that sometimes a package can be damaged in transition, in any case that your package is severely damaged with the product inside and unusable we ask that you contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We handle damaged claims on a case by case basis. We may request that you ship back the product at our expense for inspection or we may choose to resend new product at no charge. Please contact us if you have any problems.


Return/Refund Policy

Returns: Offering you great customer service is a top priority of ours. Soaps are a intimate hygiene product, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return on opened and used products. We can only replace items that are damaged. If you have any issues or unhappy with your product feel free to send us an email. We’re here to make sure you are a happy customer! Allergy Warning

Each product has a variety of ingredients such as plants, seeds, dairy, salts, botanicals, oats, etc. that some customers may be allergic to or that a particular ingredient may cause irritation to the skin which is why we take every precaution to list each ingredient on every product label and on our website. Please read the ingredients carefully to make sure that you are safe with using the product before making a purchase. Most of our soaps are not recommended for children at this time. If any of our products cause irritation discontinue use. We do our absolute best to accommodate all of our customers so that you are happy with each product.
